What is the Board? The board is made of 7, volunteers but no more than 15, who will sits on the board, and only an odd number is to sit. Members who will sit on the board most perform duties with in the organization.
How to become a board member? Complete a volunteer membership application here and help with actives to promote community service for at lease six months, and you must have leadership skills. You must be annotated by another board member. By sitting on the board as an officer you must participate in meetings and events and activities and help run the organization as a officers.
BOARD MEMBERS DUES Board members are responsible to pays dues each month to the treasure of the board in the amount of $20.00 Member’s dues(monthly) are deposit to the boards account and each month the treasure will give a report of all expenditures.
Board members responsibility As a board member you are responsible to run the board and you have to be present to meet with board members each month, you can-not miss no more than two meetings in one quarter. Board members are reasonable to vote for changes and make decision for the organization. Be responsible, have teamwork skills, be respectful to one another. Have care for the community, have strong commutations skill. Create programs in art and culture teaching and create funding.
